Most small businesses we worked with struggled with accounting not because it was complex—but because existing tools were. Invoices were delayed, payments were tracked manually, and business owners depended heavily on accountants or desktop software they rarely opened. At the same time, we noticed one thing everyone already used comfortably every day: WhatsApp. We asked a simple question—what if accounting worked like a chat instead of software? That idea became Qyrst ERP. We built Qyrst to remove friction from daily accounting by bringing invoicing, payments, GST, inventory, and reports into a familiar, conversational interface. Our goal was to make accounting accessible, fast, and usable for business owners on the go—without training, installations, or complexity.
