Sorry, I would advise against anything by Intuit.
If you've been forced to use QuickBooks over the years, you know why. Try Xero.

Like it! It has a user-friendly interface. And it's easy for non-accounting skilled business owners. I like its reports, the way it creates tax documents for my accountant and keep my accounts balanced.
Unfortunately it is rather expensive, if you want to have several accounts there. But this system saves a lot of time and money when it comes to keeping the company's books.

Quickbooks is a great app for self-employed looking for a tool to manage their invoices and finance, at the same time offering a really vast functionality. If you're a small/medium enterprise, Quickbooks might still do quite well and could offer a significant increase in your finance tracking comfort, e.g. with managing payroll expenses and a native mobile application.
Happy to recommend it at picksaas as a flexible and functional accounting application 👍
