50+ engineering metrics for AI-accelerated teams. No guesses

Your team ships 2-3x more code with AI tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor. Traditional metrics weren't designed for this. Projcity connects GitHub + Shortcut to reveal what volume metrics miss: • Are reviews keeping pace or becoming bottlenecks? • Are massive AI PRs getting rubber-stamped? • Is velocity masking quality decay? Detect bottlenecks, burnout, and quality issues before they delay delivery or lose talent. Metrics + knowledge is power. Metrics alone are just noise.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Artur, founder of Projcity. I originally built this as a personal project because I needed a better way to lead my own team. I realized that while I had plenty of data, I lacked a clear picture of what was actually happening under the hood. Projcity helped me spot bottlenecks and burnout signs I completely missed. No more gut-feeling, all decisions backed by metrics + knowledge. Then the AI era hit. My team started using Claude Code and Copilot. We shipped 2-3x more PRs. Velocity looked amazing. But code reviews were drowning, PRs were massive, and developers admitted they were approving AI code they didn't fully understand. I realized the metrics that mattered had fundamentally changed: • Review bottlenecks became the new constraint (time-to-first-review spiked 3x) • PR size explosion (AI PRs 2-3x larger than human PRs) • Quality decay hiding behind velocity wins (bug ratio creeping up) So we're evolving. Our roadmap now includes direct Claude/Copilot/Cursor API integrations to measure token usage, calculate ROI, and understand which tasks benefit most from AI acceleration. It's not about replacing leadership intuition, it's about giving it a foundation for how teams actually work today.
