We know what it feels like to be on hold. To be the rep answering the same question for the hundredth time. To be the one responsible when customers aren't happy and your team is stretched thin. We've sat in all three chairs. That's why we know customer satisfaction isn't just a number; it's reputation, word of mouth, the things that don't fit neatly on a report but determine whether people come back. PopVia exists to make support actually work for everyone involved. Customers get real help. Reps don't burn out on repetitive tickets. And companies get something beyond efficiency, they get trust. Trust that things are taken care of, that onboarding won't derail you, that your procedures and policies are respected every time.

congrats on the launch Popvia!

Congrats on the launch.

I like the clear focus on helping teams reduce repetitive support tickets by turning existing knowledge into automated answers, without trying to replace a full helpdesk stack. Curious how you recommend teams measure early success, especially around containment versus escalation and answer quality over time.

We currently track solution effectiveness. Counting the number of support attempts. When knowledgebase quality degrades, we flag the account after 10 failed AI solution attempts.

Each ticket is escalated if a user asks for a human directly, or submits a ticket directly.

Congratulations, solid value proposition mate.
