Why PlanNEat is different: - 800+ pre-loaded Indian dishes & ingredients. No manual entry - AI weekly meal planner generates plans around your rules - Ingredients fetched from AI and auto grocery list in seconds. - Built for Indian eating patterns. Rice/roti routines, veg/non-veg day rules, regional cuisines

Your kitchen brain: It remembers what you forget, decides what you can't, and reminds you before things go wrong. Specially tailored for Indian Kitchens.
We spend ~15 minutes every day deciding what to cook. And somehow, in that moment, we can't recall more than 3-5 dishes.
PlanNEat fixes this, not with random recipes, but with 800+ dishes from the cuisines you actually cook. South Indian, North Indian, Indo-Chinese, Bengali, Gujarati. Search for "kootu" or "sambar" or even misspell it, and it just works.
How it started: I tried an exhaustive list on the fridge. Then a whiteboard. Both got messy. What I really needed was an app that retains history, lets me copy-paste old plans into new weeks, and maintains an editable list of favourite dishes. That's what I set out to build. But it turned into something far more powerful.
What PlanNEat does today:
β AI meal planning that respects your rules Set rules like "no non-veg on Tuesdays", "alternate between rice and roti", "light dinners only", or write any custom rule, and AI generates a full week's plan using dishes you actually eat. Not generic recipes from the internet.
β Grocery lists that actually make sense Hit one button and your grocery list is auto-generated from the meal plan. Every item shows which dish it's needed for and on which date. Staples and fresh items are separated. Filter by date if you're shopping for just tomorrow. Share it on WhatsApp so the family knows what to buy.
β Prep reminders that save you from yourself Forgot to soak rajma the night before? Again? PlanNEat reminds you. If ingredients aren't ticked off and they're needed for tomorrow, you'll know before it's too late.
β Mood-based and ingredient-based suggestions "I have paneer and potatoes, what can I make?" or "I want something comforting". The app suggests dishes from your own collection, not some random database.
β Your dishes, your way Add your own custom dishes and AI auto-maps the ingredients. Don't like the default ingredient list? Customise it to match how you cook. Allergy filters let you highlight or completely avoid specific ingredients.
β Recipes when you need them Quick recipes pulled from the internet and YouTube. Edit AI-generated recipes and save them for future reference.
The more you use it, the less you have to think.
PlanNEat isn't a recipe app. It's a decision-making assistant for the Indian kitchen, one that understands regional food, respects your household rules, and automates the boring parts so you can just cook.
