A lot of them end up ranking pretty high in google. Most startups I've seen just use an investors dot subdomain.

Could they have got it from AngelList? If you're an investor you get access to decks

Given Square's is clearly not an official Square deck — it has four students' names plastered on the first slide — and yet the site still passes it off as an official deck — "Square’s pitch deck is perhaps one of the best pitch decks we’ve seen in awhile. It’s no surprise when you find out their management team (slide 3): Jack Dorsey (Twitter), Keith Rabois (Paypal), & Bob Lee (Google)." — I'm highly skeptical of all other decks on the site and how they were acquired and the owners' general understanding of what a deck even is. http://www.pitchenvy.com/gallery...
