iPhone users can finally use picture-in-picture with iOS 14, but the YouTube app blocks this feature. With PiP-it installed you can just tap Share > More > Picture in Picture with PiP-it from any video in YouTube and *boom* your video plays picture in picture.

Works really well and better than the many shortcuts work arounds! Would be great though if it would be possible to automatically import already existing playlists?

but you know that you are breaking youtube TOS by doing that? u can have mini video player with youtube premium.

Hey everyone, I'm the developer of PiP-it and I really wrote PiP-it for myself initially prior to iOS14 on the iPad but happy to have made it available to everyone on iPhone or iPad so we can get around this silly limitation YouTube puts on picture in picture.
