A small application that automates this entire process. It does not build training plans from scratch. It does not replace a coach. What it does is simple and practical: it try adjusts your planned session based on your current condition. PeakPacing considers: ATL CTL Recent fatigue Sleep data HRV (when available) Based on these metrics, it adapts your planned workout and also provides two additional alternative workouts, independent from your original plan.
