I built Paygo.fit because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: people want to stay fit, but traditional gym memberships don’t fit their lifestyle. Most people don’t go regularly, feel guilty about wasting money, and eventually quit. On the other side, gym owners struggle with unused capacity and unpredictable walk-ins. The goal was simple: Create a model where users pay only for the sessions they actually use, and gyms earn from every visit without depending on long-term memberships. As I worked on the product, the approach evolved a lot. Initially, it was just a booking idea. But after talking to gym owners and users, it became clear that the real value comes from solving multiple friction points — discovering nearby centers, transparent pricing, instant booking, and making revenue tracking easier for partners. That’s how features like the partner dashboard, QR check-ins, and real-time slot availability came into the picture. In short, the concept matured from “a booking tool” into “a flexible fitness ecosystem” that works for both users and fitness centers.
