Pathwyse came from something I kept seeing firsthand while teaching: bright, capable high school and college students stuck in limbo, not because they lack drive, but because they lack exposure. They’re expected to make big decisions about their future with a tiny window into what’s actually out there.
I wanted a simple way for learners to ask real questions and hear from real people who’ve actually done the work, without awkward cold DMs, needing the “right” network, or jumping straight into expensive coaching.
While building it, my approach shifted a lot. I originally thought it might look more like 1:1 mentoring, but it evolved into something more practical and safe:
