This came from a pretty small annoyance. Every time I copied AI-generated text into email or docs (especially Outlook), the spacing and bullets would break and I’d end up cleaning it up by hand. I did try to find tools that already solved this, and there are probably good ones out there that I just didn’t run into. The ones I did find either flattened everything into plain text or felt like more than I needed for a quick paste-and-send. So I built a lightweight formatter that just fixes the spacing and gets out of the way. As I was building it, the approach changed a bit—what started as one fix turned into a few simple options, but I kept everything running locally in the browser for privacy. Would love to hear how others deal with this today, or if there are edge cases I should be thinking about next.
