I've been running a Parallel AI deployment for the past several weeks building an AI-powered certification and governance platform serving students across 127+ credentials. The platform handles everything from intake to artifact generation to scoring, all through AI Employees with shared knowledge bases.
What impressed me most about building on Parallel AI is how much you can do natively before needing to write custom infrastructure. Smart Lists, Sequences, the Documents API, delegation between Employees. It's a genuine platform, not a wrapper.
Executive Assistant feels like the natural next step. Proactive monitoring across connected systems is exactly what operators like me need. I'm already thinking about how heartbeats could replace some of the scheduled automation I built externally.

When something goes wrong (wrong prospect gets a sequence, meeting booked at the wrong time), how does accountability work? Is there a full audit trail of what the agent decided and why, or do you only find out after the damage is done?
