Reviews praise Orchestra for reducing tool-juggling and keeping teams aligned through focused, task-centric conversations and a clean, intuitive interface. Users highlight smoother workflows, less chaos, and strong end-to-end project coordination. The makers of
Orchestra emphasize they built it for their own daily use and still rely on it, noting rapid iteration and that it would be hard to return to their old stack. Feedback commonly mentions fast performance, weekly improvements, and a credible alternative to fragmented chat plus task setups, with clear momentum and broad enthusiasm.

Hey Product Hunters 👋
We're excited to launch Orchestra to your incredible community!
The idea for Orchestra came from one big pain point — the frustration of fragmented work:
Threads and channels overloaded with noise, all demanding attention.
Multiple disconnected tools with important data scattered everywhere.
Teams wasting hours connecting data and managing this chaos.
We believe that communication and tasks can be shaped differently to empower modern workflows and team collaboration.
We built Orchestra as a tool to solve this — helping teams work faster and collaborate more easily. There are three core principles at the heart of the product:
Task-focused communication — Each piece of work gets its own dedicated chat with only relevant teammates in it, so there are no distractions for others.
Powerful yet lightweight tools — Tasks and documents come with only essential features. All the overwhelming complexity is left behind.
Clear and intuitive design — Teams won't waste time figuring out how to set up and use yet another communication tool. The UX is native and simple.
The result? A unified workspace with messaging, calls, tasks, and docs that work seamlessly together and help you handle operational tasks with ease.
Our mission is to build software that works the way teams naturally operate — whether you're building products, running startups, or creating something new. We want to make your work easier within a single app.
It's just the beginning, but the value is already there.
Give Orchestra a try and get back to me here or elsewhere (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to share what's working well and what could be improved. We take every piece of feedback into account — we honestly do!
Thanks for all the support! 🙏

Looks super nice! Really like the idea of having chat + tasks + context all in one place. The design feels clean and pleasant ❤️
At the same time, I’m curious how you approach one of the biggest challenges in this space: convincing teams to move away from tools they’re already used to (Slack + Linear/Jira + Notion/Coda). The switching cost is always high
I’d really love to understand:
– how comfortable the end-to-end workflow feels in practice
– whether it’s convenient to run product discovery (notes, interviews, checklists, tagging)
– whether there’s some form of database layer or structured knowledge source
– and how fast the execution feels day-to-day
In any case, wishing the team success, the product looks attractive and promising! 🚀

Thanks for hunting us @mituhin!
Wishing you guys the best with your launch 🙌 A question: how did you come up with the idea of Orchestra?
Orchestra
Thank you very much@juliashmyrova !
We have been developing software for a long time and have always experienced difficulties in our daily routine. I mean correspondence with customers, employees, and other participants, while simultaneously managing tasks and documentation, and then searching for the necessary artifacts. It was always inconvenient. There were no ready-made solutions on the market. So we decided to create our own solution that would free us from menial work. We started developing it, and after we made the first working version ourselves, we switched to Orchestra.
Amazing work!
Do you plan to support integrations with existing tools like Notion or Linear?
Orchestra
Thanks @oleg_nikitin!
Yes, we do plan create flexible integrations layer to connect whatever tools you need
Love the design simplicity! Congrats on the launch, keep up the good work! What kind of AI agents are involved in the product?
Orchestra
Thank you @asby very much!
At the moment, there is no ready-made marketplace with agents and assistants. We are actively working on this. We can now create custom agents of any complexity and any type.
In the near future, there will be a full-fledged GraphRAG for accessing all your user data (by role) as well as your space. Agents will have access to the space/user knowledge base and perform routine tasks. From receiving summaries to creating tasks and descriptions. And, of course, various other tasks, such as viewing the calendar, creating events, and so on.
Hey, congratulations with the launch! Orchestra feels like a breath of fresh air after Jira + Teams stack. Is there any ai agent integration so I can assign tasks to ai agents to implement?
Orchestra
Hi @alexey_yurkevich and thank you for your support!
At the moment, there is no marketplace, but we are actively developing one. And we can assemble a custom agent for your task.
