While building Fulhive, our “Airbnb for retail space,” we reached an unexpected crossroads. Popular retail stores weren’t excited about us because brands were already pushing plenty of products to them. But quieter stores loved us as we were giving them a brand-new revenue stream they never had before. That sparked an important insight: What if retailers could actually understand the true value of every shelf they own? If they knew which racks performed best, they could match the right products to the right spaces and maximize their earning potential. We realized that business analytics shouldn’t only be available to the big players. Our mission is to build tools that empower everyday retail owners by helping them optimize their space, grow their sales, and truly thrive.
