Driver Levels: How It Works Our OMNI Levels program offers lower commission fees and free perks to top-performing drivers. The program ensures that drivers who go above and beyond automatically enjoy better conditions. Here are the 4 key eligibility criteria: Days Active: The number of days the driver was online in the app for at least 5 hours. Completed Rides: Successfully completed rides during the reference period. Ride Cancellation Rate: The percentage of trips canceled compared to the total. Driver Rating: The driver’s current rating at the time of level revision. We believe this program rewards hard work, encourages great service, and creates a win-win for both drivers and riders.
