Nomad List 3.0
Find the best place to ❤️ live, 👩💻 work, and 💃 play
Nomad List is the biggest crowdsourced database of cities in the world analyzing 250,000+ data points to help you choose where to go next.
It also connects 10,000+ remote workers on a paid online social platform, as well as organizing meetups worldwide to connect digital nomads.
🌍 Find your ❤️ place
The fact that it keeps growing and adding new locations and data
The interface is getting more and more confusing. NomadList 1.0 was the best of all. Much simpler and more intuitive to use.
Looking forward to v.4Robin Good has used this product for one year.
all the info you might want, awesome networking potntial
can't get to the really valuable network unless pay $60
I'd like the barrier to entry to be a bit lower, as in maybe a monthly price where I pay **each month**. As someone who's trying desperately to find a way to secure a remote gig so I can begin my Nomad journey, I can't easily drop $60 on a product I have no idea of the return value. I'm assuming that there will be folks "on the inside" ready to help me, answer my questions, etc, etc but I don't know yet. How can Nomad List help me get there without this $60 leap?matt kocaj has used this product for one week.
Great way to find new destinations and uncover more details about the ones already on your "to travel to (or live)" list.
Nothing comes to mind.
I've recommended Nomad List to so many people -- it's such an awesome resource! I honestly didn't realize it's created by a single person. Now I'm even more impressed :)Kate Harvey has used this product for one year.
Awesome way to get inspiration and information about where to go
Can always add more places :)
I use it to find inspiration about places to go that fits my budget. Scores are a great way to get an overview and hoodmaps is a fun way to see where to stay.Drikerf has used this product for one year.
Poor customer service
Was one of the first to financially support Pieter Levels with NomadList, helped promote it, and was a contributing member on Slack and in forums.
Got kicked from Slack without any warning or explanation. Customer service is non existent (you chat with a human-robot), and Mr. Levels blocked me from his Twitter when I tried to reach out for help.
I can not recommend a product or company, where the most loyal users are treated like ... or being ignored.

Lots of data to spark creative thinking
The never-ending choices can be overwhelming.
The front page scrolls a lot. It's great for discovery. It's just a lot to take in -- I'm not recommending a change - just warning in case you thought you'd check it out in 5 minutes.brian ball has used this product for one year.
Enough Free City Data
Not OK to auto follow 3 twitter accounts without telling you (ik person gives access (since no choice) but still it should be mentioned)
Great place to look at city data and decide where do you want to move. I would like to add my own reviews for free but it does not allow. (You can't review your city for free, you have to pay, which is ironic).Jemshit Iskenderov has used this product for one month.
Excellent way to be introduced to the concept of work and travel, and the community living around the world, working online.
Numbers should be taken with a pinch of salt. Your budget changes with your lifestyle.
Have used this since day 1. Served as a real source of information and inspiration when getting started. It's now interesting to watch what Levels will do next with it.Rebecca Males has used this product for one year.
The free site
Paid version has no benefits
These positive reviews are for the free version. The paid membership offers very little and the owner blew me off on Twitter in super-bratty fashion. There’s no way of contacting the admin and no real community to join when you pay money.Jack Bohannan has used this product for one week.
Tons of actionable information
Potential Daydream Time Suck
I recommend it all of my friends that are looking to hit the road for an extended period of time, great way to get a feel for a city/country from the perspective of someone working, as opposed to Lonely Planet dirt bagging it. Great product!armen suny has used this product for one year.
It is incredible! Very well done and right on the spot! Thank you, Peter!
I just learned about it via your email and it blew me away. How on earth you did this all by yourself is insane. Amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful product, it was very much needed.Robin Cochran has used this product for one day.
Sometimes too much data can be cumbersome.
Great thing is you don't even have to be a nomad to enjoy the benefits of this site. I love traveling and will use this site for information on my next trip.Nick Francioso has used this product for one week.
A very useful website.
Normally a team of 20 create something of this quality.
So for just 1 guy to make this is inspiring.Harry Dry has used this product for one month.
An enormous amount of comprehensive info for travelers, remote workers and anyone in between. ✨
