They make you trial into the highest paid version, with zero notifications thereafter if your trial is over or when they charge for the next month. On reporting this to them, their response was cold and a variation of 'your problem'. Felt scammed, but maybe this is their understanding of subscription models - optimize for people forgetting about the tool.

Pros:

None unfortunately in our experience

Cons:

Trick you into trial-ing and forgetting with terrible customer service

Hi Anuj, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Can you tell me when this happened? As of December last year, we've already added end-of-trial notifications to our app.

I wanted to jump on trial and trey tried to charge me 621 USD without any notification, after I tried to cancel the trial, but my card was charged, I can't get refund and their support is a full silence, horrible!

Pros:

Basic tool that doesn't cost what they charge

Cons:

Absolutely dishonest company behaviour

Awesome tool! Ninjaoutreach is a really quick and easy all in one tool that helps to find and contact prospects, and though limited in scope, very happy with the results.

Cons:

Just that they must expand to more countries

Hi Mteresa - Thanks for these kind words. We hope to expand and become more relevant in other countries in 2018!

Great interface and functionality! Highly recommended!

Pros:

Awesome marketing tool! All cool features in one place!

Cons:

I see no cons

I used the original ninja outreach and that version was impressive. The new version takes things to yet another whole level. The clean new interface makes training staff a breeze.

Pros:

Super user friendly. Saves a ton of time doing outreach.

Cons:

Haven't found any yet.

Hi Dino, thanks for the feedback. I'm pleased that you like the new interface and thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I’m not having the best first impression with NinjaOutreach.

Search tool has a few bugs. For example, sometimes I search for something and seems didn’t find anything, than I change filters and change back... now it works.

Another thing really bothered me is that I asked for support chat BEFORE I buy because I was intend to use in portuguese (Brazil). They said to me that was not their main language but I could use filters.

Ok, I tried that, but look the situation:

It simply didn’t find anything sometimes. Others just find like 1-5 top websites in my country and it is really not helpful at all.

I also tried to use terms with inurl:.br but it’s not working, still showing any extension and several websites not related to the term I’m searching.

When I try to search for influencers i also feel disappointed.

For Twitter, simply finds almost nothing.

For Instagram was the best searching experience in the platform, it shows a lot nice information like engagement, likes per photo and video.

Unfortunately, NinjaOutreach is not able to capture Instagram emails, so all search is a bit useless unless you want to go account by account to click on email, edit and update every contact one by one.

Find emails seems most useless search tool, didn’t find any email for a lot websites and for others just find a few. When I enter in those website I could easily find much more emails just looking a couple pages.

Best feature seems to be google chrome extension.

It,s a really cool and easy tool to check some metrics, contact using templates or add to a list.

I’ve been using for just a couple days, and now watching every video and reading every post they have.

But honestly, I probably would ask for refund if it was possible, but they are refusing to do this.

Just to finish, I added two emails in my account and wish to add another one, but when I try there was a error and support say that was another bug and I was not supposed to included not even the second email, I really don’t know where was this information before, but ok.

Feels like i just lost $200. Rather just use google and a e-mail.

Pros:

Really did'nt find any.

But Chrome Extension seems more promising

Cons:

Lack in support

Lots of errors

Filters not working

Useless for pt-br

Searching bugs

No refund

Just a few and very especific tutorials

Didn't cancel when requested

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

BEWARE -FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY - We requested cancellation prior to end of trial and they didn't cancel and billed us.

@ted_cory True! Not only they lull you into a "free trial" and charge you without warning. They even refuse to cancel, and they reserve the right to charge you even if you want to opt out.

I signed up for a trial of NinjaOutreach. Tried it briefly, decided I might possibly come back to look at it later. After a couple of weeks I realised that they had billed me $594 without any warning. I didn't even get any trial ending soon emails. Nothing. When I complained they told me that they have a no refund policy and it was basically my problem. Then they offered a partial refund of $297 take it or leave it and then went silent. A totally unethical company. I'll be sure to complain to the Better Business Bureau and to leave a comment on any future mentions of them that I see online.

Pros:

None that I can think of

Cons:

The service itself is totally overpriced for what it is. Perhaps the email follow up feature could be useful, but not at that price.

I have been using Ninja Outreach November. Their support is awesome and answer nicely. Recommend for all marketers who don't want their businesses to isolate.

Pros:

Easy to outreach influencers, bloggers and business owners

Cons:

Nothing to specify.

Really is a Nice tool for finding Influencers and creating relationships ...

Pros:

All in One Tool

Cons:

Need a Bit More To Make it Complete like Email Sequences, Better Email Finder etc...

My best weapon for doing an effective outreach.

Pros:

Outreach on Steroids

Cons:

none

I really like the browser outreach function that allows you to one click add a website to a follow up list.

Pros:

easy to use and has functions and templates that make the tracking and outreach/connection simple to do

Cons:

I have not come across any that bother me.

I feel like their free trial process is deceptive. They charged me $250 for six months of Ninja Outreach at the end of a 7 day trial that I didn't end up using. No notice immediately before the charge. Asked for a refund and was told that I should have read the fine print and they have a "no refund" policy. I ended up spending several hours trying to track down contacts at NinjaOutreach and finally ended up on the phone with their CEO. It was his opinion that I should have known better on letting the trial lapse, but to his credit, he did hear me out (I was not happy) and issued me a refund. I think that overall, NinjaOutreach looks like a good tool, but they need to examine their trial and customer service processes to ensure that they are being transparent with their prospects.

Pros:

The tool is interesting and is helpful in unearthing new influencers to target.

Cons:

They don't notify before charging your credit card after their "Free" trial.

Like many others before, I was scammed by these bastards too. They charged my credit card without warning with $358, an entire year's fee and refused to refund. Turns out that deep, deep down in the small print of their Terms and Conditions they reserve the right to do so... which would be outright illegal in Europe, and certainly not bona fide behaviour anywhere in the world. They also deliberately confuse the user about the length of the trial period: it's not stated in their Terms and Conditions, only when you sign up, but right after then they start to bombard you with flashy ads frequently repeating "trial" and "14 days" everywhere. On the other hand, the trial turned out to be utterly useless. I received absolutely no response from any of the influencers I tried to contact, and half of the e-mails bounced back because the address was invalid.
UGLY and horrible support! Yesterday I had to kill all day to set up Ninja Outreach. They try to charge more money that in pricing! I had to talk with support all day (ALL DAY!). Today they wrote me to give them my ID ( I'm try to protect my data - so why I need to send my ID to this guys that even can't withdraw the correct amount of money. ) They blocked my account - my ID don't much with my email - they haven’t written anywhere that you need to specify a real name! ( WTF ???? I have send ID that match with name on card ) Waiting for refund!
