The real-time feedback concept is genuinely interesting and I can see how it would help reps get over the awkward hump of cold calls. One thing I'd love is a post-call breakdown that pinpoints the exact moment your pacing dropped or filler words spiked, so you can replay that snippet and self-correct instead of just seeing a score at the end.
