Hey Everyone 👋 We're Neon, a team of NFT enthusiasts and creators. Earlier this year we got frustrated with the high gas fees and complexity of the current state of NFT buying, selling, and creation experiences -- so we set out to fix it. Just signed up and made a few offers - very slick! Question: I'm assuming if I buy an NFT I can withdraw it to my personal wallet, right? What if someone were to make a chargeback? How do you handle that?

@chejazi Thanks for the question! Yes you can withdraw and deposit any Solana NFTs. In terms of chargebacks, all sales are final and we'll work with the financial institution to ensure the payment is made. We also have a 3 day waiting period until NFTs that were recently sold can be transferred -- we might extend this in the future if chargebacks are an issue.
