The landing page could do better at communicating what it does before asking me to authenticate with Facebook.... but I was curious so I did it anyway. It reminds me of Sourcing.io (cc @maccaw) but what's particularly interesting is that it reports an "average score of work-related posts" in attempt to identify people that might be more open to switching jobs. Clever but what people say online is often not representative of their true state.
It's true. When I did a search for SEO in San Francisco, I was actually returned CEOs and social media marketers. I'm not really sure why social sign in is needed either? It is an interesting new take on searching for talent though. Maybe the founders will drop in and comment? Or someone could think of how to do it better.
