NarcGuard uses AI (GPT-4) to analyze written messages and screenshots for toxic patterns like gaslighting, blame-shifting, emotional coercion, and more. It then returns a clear breakdown, psychological insights, and healing strategies. Most tools focus on productivity or therapy after the damage is done - NarcGuard helps you spot the red flags *while it's happening*.
