Hey Product Hunt ! We’re very excited to share our Nano Garden with you ! Thanks @bramk for hunting us ! We realized during the first lockdown, how much joy it was bringing us and our customers to spend more time following the growth, the bloom of their indoor garden’s plants. Smart gardens should not remain hidden in our kitchens : we had to create a product that would bring the wonderful show that is nature on every desk, wether it’s at home or at work. That’s how Nano Garden was born : a tiny garden that would fit anywhere, with many colors available to fit any decor and a minimalist design putting the focus on the plant. Using the technology we spent years improving, we created a tiny smart garden that is fully self-sufficient: choose one of our 50+ plant pods available, insert the pod into the floater, simply add water every 2 to 4 weeks and you’re done ! Our pods come with carefully selected seeds, growth medium and nutrient, our « flo2at » patented hydroponic technology will guarantee an optimal supply of water and oxygen, and the app enabled lamp will provide the necessary full spectrum light to the plant. Simply relax and enjoy the show, day after day, week after week ! With the team, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have or hear your suggestions! If you are using artificial light, what do you think is the quality of the herbs? Do you see any difference in the nutrition values?

@bogomep the light spectrum used is well adapted to plant needs (it covers all the range, and in good ratio) so this way we are able to have better nutritionnal values than the traditional herbs bought in supermarkets. Also, what counts a lot for nutrition values (vitamins contained in the produce) is if the plant is fresh or not. Super-fresh harvest = you have all the vitamins / Harvest done a 48h back = most of vitamins are gone. Hope this helps !

@dr_dani hey Daniel ! Not anywhere yet, but we cover already a good number of countries for our Kickstarter campaign : Europe including Uk and Switzerland, US, Canada, Israel and Hong Kong. And we’re going to work on new countries after the launch, but that’s indeed a lot of work to make sure we respect all plant related regulations :)

Already bought the trio of garden from this compagny, it's amazing , I just have to add water once a month and the light do the rest , I have been able to do incredible pesto thanks to my fresh homemade basil. I'm sure the nano garden will be a success!
