    The platform enables you to engage with people from around the world. It has a lot of useful features; however, they are very easy to use. Mytalk lets you create an online workplace where you can discuss projects and other work-related questions. It has definitely improved the productivity, motivation and team spirit in our organization.

    Mytalk looks incredible. It allows you to personalize a lot. It is very easy to use, so you do not need to have any manual or training. Mytalk is a platform that we use to create a community to discuss our journals, magazines. We were able to increase our online visibility and improve our connections with the research community.

@jacqvon Thanks for the question! For several years we have been building our community for a neighborhood in our home city. It gave us a vast experience. As a result, we developed our software for the community. After that, everything was quite simple. We created a product that helped us, so we thought that there must be someone else to benefit from it. We were eager to make other people happy. That was the push we needed. We started to build SaaS based on our software, even though we knew that other solutions already existed. We believed our product is made more easily and comprehensively. We are convinced, building own community is an excellent approach to creating strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on support and trust for any startup, product or business. Understandably, in the beginning, a startup could face extreme difficulties in building its support center, which would need staff working 24/7. Therefore, creating own communities will open a vast range of advantages: the product will get customers feedback, ideas, and so on just in one click. Those ideas could be implemented further in order to better the original product or service. The community is a place where users can openly discuss, ask questions, give answers to various issues, share their ideas and feedback.

@john_beld Thanks, John for your opinion! Our vision is very similar to yours. When we started we didn't know about such a big community like Spotify with 6 million users, or other big such as Oracle, Apple etc. Only later we make some research and understanding that community really works in big enterprise and hardware company help them get real feedbacks from own customers and save money on own support. Because when you build a big community with millions of fans they help each other without the support staff. Many answers to the similar question will be very easily found in a community don't need every time to push support with this. And many other benefits can give a community for any product or company. It does not matter you are a small startup or big corporation.
