What do you think? …

Del Elle

Filling this in as when setting up the product draft, it kept saying this field couldn't be blank.

So putting this in too:

Thank you for reading,

Daisy Frank

I really love the bite sized format. What kind of topics can we look forward to in each drop?

Del Elle

@daisy_frankΒ Thank you and apologies for the late reply.

The first series was a nature/fantasy theme (Golden Whale, Silver Sky Shark).

The current one is a group of magical knights who guard a futuristic city (I think one is on there now).

Clara Willow

Will there be any recurring sections or segments in the emails?

Del Elle

@clara_willowΒ Apologies for the late reply (have only just seen this and the other messages).

You've got me thinking πŸ€” I hadn't thought about sections or segments. Thank you πŸ‘

Abigail Martinez

I love the friendly vibe and bite sized approach. Do the emails stick to a consistent format or is it more about spontaneous storytelling each week?

Del Elle

@abigail_martinez1Β Thank you for the message (I have only just realised that there were messages).

The first seven emails were around a surreal theme of sea creatures in the sky (Golden Whale 🐳, Purple Marlin, Copper Sky Turtle 🐒).

The current series is introducing the members of an order of magical Knights who guard a futuristic city (the first member - Sword 1 - is on there now).

I might return to the sea creatures in the sky if it's time for an interval, but you've given me something to think about in having a spontaneous bit every now and then.

Lavinia Alves

How do you keep the content consistently engaging week after week with such a compact format?

Del Elle

@lavinia_alvesΒ Thank you for the message and apologies for late reply (have only just seen that there had been messages).

It's still early days yet so I'm going to see what happens with the current series.

I could add some more details about each piece and at some point must mention the phone wallpapers.

Lucas Edwards

Are you using a custom platform for delivery or is it being sent through Substack or something similar?

Del Elle

@lucas_edwards1Β Apologies for the late response (only realised not long ago that there had been messages).

It's being sent through Substack (I like the layout and it's already home to a short fantasy story).

Sadie Scott

Do you ever worry that trimming stories down to 45–60 seconds might limit their impact or depth?

Or do you see brevity as a superpower?

Del Elle

@sadie_scottΒ I've written longer pieces (I think there's a short fantasy story towards the bottom of the home page) but, in seeing how this goes, I wanted to send something that was more compact (also wonder if writing haiku has had an effect).

PS - Apologies for the delayed response as I only noticed long ago that there had been messages πŸ™‡
