If you're the person in the group chat always looking for stuff to do, new restaurants, indie band's in town, whatever - this might help a lot I've always found searching around to be mostly a game of chance - timeout's always recycling the same list of things every month, most of them ads (hey have y'all heard of concerts by candlelight???) - I usually just get lucky and see some ad around town and make a mental note to check it out later, but most of the time, if I haven't actually checked spotify or whatever to see if my favorite bands are in town - I'll just miss them I'm hoping seeing what you're friends are maybe planning on will also help spur some spontaneous plans without all the back and forth, "ah they saved that movie premiere for friday, ill text em and join"
