What needs improvement

The primary deployment constraint centers around configuration dependencies on highly customized, enterprise-grade Salesforce environments that utilize heavy validation rules or deeply nested custom objects. When RevOps teams attempt to push advanced automated updates or trigger complex approval chains from Slack, mapping the specific field structures into the platform's workflow editor can require manual validation adjustments. We’ve been using Momentum for several months, and it really streamlined the sales process! Love the workflows, especially tightly integrated with Salesforce and Slack. Also love the time saving of the new call summaries! They are very accurate and great to save as call notes in Salesforce with the click of a button in Slack.
