Supplement code keywords with visual symbols to enhance code legibility when reading, writing, or learning. A VS Code extension.

Hi everyone! I'm Daniel, an indie developer building tools for primarily entertainment and education under Lucidian.
I built Moji to solve my own problem. When I jumped into my first real project — an open source codebase with nearly 8,000 lines of unfamiliar code — I hit a wall. Every time I opened that main.js file I felt the same dread you get when someone sends you a massive wall of text. I needed a way to visually navigate code faster.
I remembered how much easier it was to process chats and text message responses when they were sprinkled with emojis — something about those visual anchors just helps my brain process information more fluidly. So I had a crazy idea: what if I could bring that same concept into VS Code?
Moji overlays visual symbols onto programming language keywords, giving you instant visual landmarks in your code. It's especially useful when you're reading unfamiliar codebases, learning a new language, or need to read and process the logic quickly.
If this gains traction, the long-term vision is to grow Moji into a beginner-friendly, learning-focused IDE that helps learners build real things while developing their skills. The extension is free on the VS Code Marketplace with an optional Pro upgrade.
Let me know what you think — and what languages you'd want to see supported next!
