We re preparing to launch ModelNex, and I m curious how other teams think about product tours.
For simple products, tours and checklists can work well. But for complex SaaS workflows, users often need help that is more contextual: what role they are in, what page they are on, what they have already done, and what step should come next.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Sharuna, building ModelNex.
Most SaaS teams lose users in the same painful places: onboarding stalls, users miss key features, support teams answer the same product questions, and customers fail to complete the workflows that drive retention.
Docs, chat widgets, and static product tours all help, but they usually sit outside the actual workflow or lack enough context to guide the user to completion.
That is the gap we built ModelNex to close.
ModelNex turns product knowledge, UI context, user roles, and workflow state into in-app AI agents that help users complete tasks directly inside the product.
Teams can use ModelNex to:
- onboard customers faster
- reduce repetitive support tickets
- drive feature adoption
- guide users through complex workflows
- improve activation and retention
The goal is simple: help every user get to value faster, without adding more load to product, support, or customer success teams.
I’ll be around all day and would love feedback from SaaS founders, product teams, customer success leaders, and anyone working on onboarding or retention.
