MNDA

Hey hunters! I won't beleaguer the point here. We built MNDA to solve a need for ourselves and our founders - there wasn't an easy, affordable, one-off e-signature option for signing mutual NDAs. The old workflow, find a mutual NDA, print it out, sign it, scan it back in, email it to someone (where they would do the same). A newer workflow was to sign-up for a month of an e-signature platform, find an open-source mutual NDA, upload it into the platform, and then send it out. After it became a large annoyance, we built a workaround to simplify our own workflow. We introduced it to some founders and they loved it. After a few recommended we release it to the public, we decided to package it up and here we are. This is not a legal advice tool. We are building that on the backend for MNDA+ (also something we created for our founders). If we get enough waitlist sign-ups we may launch it later this year. Hope MNDA can help you as well!
