How you balance AI suggestions with giving users enough control over final choices.
@devinstone Great question. Miso suggests and you decide what is the best fit. Every flight, hotel, and itinerary is a proposal you can swap, edit, or reject before anything is booked over text, and nothing gets booked without your explicit go ahead. Our AI does the legwork of finding the best options and you keep the final call. If you want more control, you can tell it your preferences up front, like airline, seat, or hotel style, and it will stick to them on the search. I.e biz class only needs to be window seat and non stop etc. You can get very granular.
Can it help organize options that are easy to share with others before making a final booking?
@eriberto_puppypound Great question. Trip sharing is something we're building and plan to ship soon, but it isn't live yet. Would love to hear how you'd want it to work, since that helps us shape it.
Can Miso also suggest different flight and hotel combinations based on a specific budget or preferred travel time?
@awesome_america Yep, absolutely. You can give Miso a budget, preferred times, hotel preferences, points, etc. and it can work through different combinations for you
Does it remember preferences like airlines or hotel types for future trips?
@advin_jadis absolutely and it's part of our onboarding. If you download the app I will approve your account so you can see for yourself!
Having everything in the same conversation could make managing a trip much less messy especially when plans change.
@ben_d3 100%. Especially when things go wrong or plans change. We want Miso to be the one place you can just text and get the entire trip handled.
