Hey Product Hunt! I’m Chris, co-founder of Minicart.
Everyone has something worth selling. Running a business shouldn’t require becoming an ecommerce expert.
Maybe you make crochet animals, collect trading cards or resell sneakers. You know what you want to sell. Then comes designing a storefront, adding products, setting up payments, figuring out marketing and managing orders.

Upload a photo of something you made and tell Sloane, “I want to sell this for $15.” She creates the listing and product imagery. Then ask Milo to create a social post to help get it in front of customers.

@jason013 Appreciate the love! Our goal is to make Minicart dead simple and user-friendly regardless of your technical background. The agents aren’t fully customizable yet but personalization is definitely something we’re exploring. How would you envision customizing them for your business? Would love to hear your use case.
@chrisnguyen I do not have a specific use case, but I was thinking voice customization or implementation.

if Logan is replying to customers, does he actually sound like a real person or is it obvious it's a bot?

@abod_rehman Great question. Logan drafts the reply for you and it’s designed to sound natural and personal, not like a generic bot. You always have the final say, so you can review it, tweak anything you want and send it when it feels right!
Does Sloane handle stuff like discount codes and seasonal changes or is that more manual on my end?

@boyuan_deng1 That's exactly what Sloane was designed for. For discount codes and little changes like these, all you have to do is chat with Sloane. Tell her what you want changed and she can make the updates across your entire store for you.
How detailed is the review process, meaning whether it is possible to approve/edit at each phase or only at the end?

@aymi_malik You have full control to review and edit before anything goes live. As you build confidence and the agent learns your preferences, you’ll eventually be able to turn on fully autonomous workflows where it can handle more on your behalf!
