I’ve been using Mindwell AI for a few weeks now, and it’s genuinely become a cornerstone of my mental-wellness routine. The AI companion feels supportive and non-judgmental — I especially value the way it helps me explore and reframe anxious thoughts through CBT/DBT-inspired exercises. The mood-tracker and progress analytics are great for spotting patterns in my emotional state over time (something I used to miss when journaling manually). What stands out most is how accessible and private everything is: I can check in with the app any time of day without worrying about scheduling or social stigma.

One small suggestion: it would be great to see more structured guided paths — like “anxiety reduction plan” or “sleep/stress booster track” — for users who want a bit more hand-holding rather than free-form sessions. But overall, Mindwell AI does a fantastic job of offering affordable, thoughtful, and practical mental health support 👍
