We built Metapyxl after watching our own work travel the internet without credit, context, or a clear way to license it. The “detect and takedown” loop felt slow and reactive so we moved protection and monetization upstream, inside the media itself. What’s launching today: - Forensic watermarking without hurting quality + C2PA provenance to prove authorship, AI permissions and permanent metadata - Always-on tracking to see where your media shows up and alerts to show you where it is not meant to - In-file licensing so buyers can purchase the right to use it on the spot - API for platforms and DAMs, plus a browser Lens for instant rights checks This started as a simple watermarking tool. Talking with creators, brands, and publishers pushed us to combine provenance, tracking, and commerce so you don’t just spot misuse, you capture value.
