Plicro is the Trello of Brand Art! I highly recommend it as a comprehensive Brand Art Board. At the end of the day, you can't track the visual assets of your brand without an overall idea of what's used where. it also syncs to my Google Drive which makes it more reliable,

Being able to quickly upload images, snippets, links and videos to a drop down list on my menu bar and then paste them into any new document or presentation is so quick and useful. And knowing that everyone on the team is using the same assets saves time and secures a consistent team output.
I have used this product since it became available. Really useful for repeat emails/messages which need small personalisation, drag and drop branding into different media, and clear differentiation between brands you deal with keeping the whole identity on its own artboard. Easy to share with your team to keep everyone on brand. All your artboards with your identities in one place.
Pilcro is so simple and practical to use that there is no need to be a brand asset professional! Forget about driving crazy looking for your brand assets or being worried about brand consistency.
