Congrats on the launch! Does the app support languages other than English? I often grapple with Portuguese medical terminology, and auto-translation to English doesn't always yield accurate results.
Norbert
@madzem Thank you! Yes, it does! The feature is somewhat in beta, but you can upload the results in any of the top 100 or so languages, and then request the report in that or any other language in this section of the upload form: "Your Questions (optional) Any specific questions or concerns or things to focus on for the analysis? Anything else we should know about? If you want the report in a language other than English, please say so here."

@thinkastral Thank you!

I’d highly recommend you team with a medical provider or insurance company. If that not possible you may dump your charge and use advertising that is specific to the medical report. Such highly targeted advertising will result in revenues far offsetting what you would have earned with the fee. Those ads can be pivoted as another sellout point to those using your app.
Norbert
@lee_fischman Really appreciate your advice, Lee. I'll look into it. If you know a bit about this market, who might be the main candidates to be interested in something like that to approach first? Thanks again.
Heleana Grace
Congrats on the launch! 🚀 Taking medical exams is already stressful, so this can be so helpful for those who don't have anyone to turn to to interpret their results.
Norbert
@heleana Thank you, Heleana. Yes, we believe it's very helpful either when you need to know urgently, or want a second opinion, or a cheaper way to know what's going on vs going to the doctor again, or just to be better prepared for the consultation.

I'm the type of person who doesn't like to go to the doctor unnecessarily and looks everything up on the internet. I avoid asking for an appointment, paying, waiting to be told "everything is OK", when you really had all the information in hand to make a decision. When I tried MedLabReport I received a comprehensible and easy-to-understand summary, that gave me recommendations when necessary. I knew beforehand what my doctor would say, so we could have a conversation about my alternatives.
Norbert
@tedreimal Thank you, Tamara. Glad you found it useful.
