I found this review really helpful (also recommended by another OKR leader, Christina Wodtke) - http://felipecastro.com/en/blog/... Unfortunately it seems that Doerr & his editors didn't do a very thorough job...

why isn't the book on Listly (aka THE app for bookworms) I wanted to add it to my "to read" pile. Instead of it getting lost in the abyss of my never ending bookmarks pile.

In Measure What Matters, they don’t seem to make a difference between outcomes and outputs, which I think is a fundamental problem with Doerr’s approach. I’ve further explained why here: https://www.perdoo.com/blog/two-...
