✔️Who is it for?
For digital job seekers that need to manage multiple job applications, MaxofJob is a simple job application tracker that allows to manage all job application steps in one place, so that job seekers can focus on getting the job of their dream and not worry about the application routine.
✔️Story behind the product
Our story is pretty simple: I was in active job search previous year as well as this year after SVB bankruptcy (as I was afraid of being laid off). I tracked my job applications with a Google Spreadsheet, noting down the main application info, then added additional questions following the interviewing process in another place (primary in Notes). But, it turned out messy, with notes and comments scattered around and got out of control especially if you have more than 20 applications. Not to mention, the overall process is very complicated. Then, Maksym stepped in with a great move to automate it. He made a very simple platform that sorts all your job stuff in one place. That "aha" moment hit us hard, and we thought “Why not make this available for everyone? We’re definitely not alone in this tough job search.”
For this first version we were mostly focused on interviewing process as for many tech and tech-related specialists amount of interview steps can be from 3 to 8 or even more depend on company! So we wanted to make fully customisable interview steps where you can add question/answers and notes to each of them and of course track your overall progress.

This tool helped me organize my applications in a matter of minutes. I can finally move away from the Excel sheet and have a decent way of monitoring the progress of my applications/interviews. For those who like to stay organized - this is a tool to use!
