Other than the obvious push notifications and smoother UX that's capable in a native app, what else makes the Mashable app superior to consuming on the mobile web?
Thanks @rrhoover. The experience is everything that we've wanted to do on the mobile web but couldn't. We kept the design in line with our existing patterns, but added touches that are only possible with a native app. As @ecetweets mentioned we've also added notifications powered by Velocity, our proprietary viral prediction engine. Hope you guys enjoy!
So I'm veryyyy biased but love how clean, crisp & beautiful the new app is. Especially glad to be bringing our Velocity Alerts to a wider audience in the form of iOS notifications!
