Manavie is a workspace for managers to run their teams. It centralizes notes, 1:1s, goals, project allocations, skills, and performance reviews around each team member. Managers can prepare meetings, track progress, and make decisions without switching between tools. Manavie replaces ad-hoc note systems and spreadsheets while avoiding the rigidity of traditional HR software. It is built for daily people management, not HR administration.

You’ll also notice there’s no AI yet. That’s intentional. We wanted to focus on getting the fundamentals right and see how useful the product is before adding AI on top.
