Neat idea. We've been hosting small brunches every 2-3 weeks at our new office. It's a great way to stay in touch with friends, people in the industry, and get to know potential new teammates in a less sterile environment than a typical interview. 😃

Brilliant - seems like it would bring good candidates to the top almost by default. Those who are willing to "go get it" will take the initiative.

This is a great idea! I love striking up conversations w/ people at other companies out of curiosity. Lunchcruit removes the expectation to apply to every company you talk to. This is a more organic approach to meeting interesting people and learning about potential candidates.

Great idea. Feedback: missing a lot of critical roles at tech companies: - Legal - marketing - customer success - operations - finance - you get the idea.... There are plenty of people who want to "work in tech" in these roles.

Such a good idea and great way to informally meet potential additions to teams! Will give it a try..
