@taavi_rannamets thank you! So, I like the idea. I would recommend you to work on the communication in the bot. Now it seems like I've got the same question about my day again and again. As a marketer who spend two last years on language app promotion I see huge area for development on that market. Most of them are just apps to having fun, not he language learning. Best of luck 🤞

@simon_s_j Signing up is for free — pricing and Upgrade to PRO can be accessed inside the app. I wasn't able to craft out the public pricing page just yet. But also, I'm planning to add several non-AI language learning tools inside the app to compliment the language practice part, which will be completely free. So, it will become a freemium product, but as I'm not raised any money and AI is expensive, I can't open up the chat part for free at this point. @taavi_rannamets Thanks so much. It's a great idea! I did notice however that the pronunciation of the bots responses was not native.....I guess that is a challenge but I do wonder until that is solved whether it provides a difficult listening experience for those wanting to learn? But best wishes for the project.....you have a great UI!

@simon_s_j There's a small bug when you hit the listening button the first time after opening a chat. In any consecutive time you're listening, the pronunciation should be and sound native.

Sounds nice but you really should provide SOME demonstration of the product or trial. Really hard to pull the trigger on a paid product with virtually no information on how it works.

Hey, everyone! 🤗 I am delighted to introduce you to Lingobo, a product I am particularly proud of. As someone who has studied French for 8 years and can read it fairly well, I still find myself at a loss when it comes to speaking it. My knowledge of French never seemed to translate into a useful active skill and I lacked the confidence to practice it in real-life conversations. This was a paradox I wanted to solve. Utilizing GPT-3, I created a French language partner for myself, allowing me to practice conversational skills without worrying too much about grammar, tenses, and spelling. I have since built it out as a web application named Lingobo and expanded it to include a total of 14 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Indonesian, Hindi, and Dutch. I hope that Lingobo can be helpful to you in your language learning journey! ☀️
