I have used the product, and the overall experience is good, but the UX could be better, and the company should change the price plan. I purchased the 300 minutes tier and used the noise removal option with a normal processing level. As a result, some minutes were deducted for the operation. But I am not satisfied with the result, as the algorithm could have done better near the end of the file. So I decided to apply a mild processing level for the same file, but I need to start a new processing job this time. As a result, more minutes will be deducted for the operation. I contacted support, and they said there was no option but to start a new job and advised me to use the preview option, which is 1 minute long and stars from the beginning. The question is, How can I understand whether your algorithm did well on the entire file without paying for minutes? You need more than your preview option.

I am blown away at this technology! It literally saved our project. The only copy of an interview in my possession had previously been mixed with terrible background music. This amazing app separated the interview from the music and left me with pure voice!

Summer Sale... Bullshit ... They steal my money... Very Poor support! The product is really awsome but... Yesterday i bought a pro pack, after an hour my minutes are decreases very fast, someone stole more than 200 minutes from my account... I contacted with the support, after 24 hours they answered me and they told me someone know my login details. I'm sure this is not true, i checked my email account, nobody logged in only me (easily could check this at gmail). I was kind, okay lets do what the support suggest me, change the email. After an hour someone use my account again. They told me "Unfortunately, we do not provide compensation in such cases' Thanks lalal.ai, you have an awsome product what helps the music producers. You have very bad security, that somebody easily can hack your user database. I am dissapointed, i paid the service and other users/hackers use my time what i bought :( It's a Shame. Buy this service carefully, because they have a very basic security... 😞😞😞

Stay away! This site scams you and takes your money. I wanted to filter out a beep sound from a conversation, thinking it would be no problem for a music-and-conversation separation software. It absolutely did not work, and they didn't want to give me my money back because I had already downloaded it, hoping that the product would be better than the preview. Turned out: Podcast-Adobe managed it for FREE. Again: stay away.

Thanks for the review. We use AI training for cleaning your vocals, which is different from other desktop software which uses different method. We highly recommend using free previews before full splitting as AI might process your tracks differently, thank you!

Tried this product and joined this site only to leave a bad review. Why? It did split my noise and audio but honestly it was fairly average and they made the sign up to their dumb site. They offer 10 minutes of the service but require you to pay to download it. I needed it for a small file so it was basically a bait and switch on service.

Literally the best vocal remover in the game. I've used softwares and other websites but LALAL.AI give the best results. The problem with LALAL.AI is that, everytime you want login you need to authorise by clicking the link sent through email.

Very disappointed. I needed this program for an urgent project and purchased the basic package. It was written on the website that it would be possible to use everything from your package right after buying it. Even though it says on my account that it is active I can't use it. What a waste of money and disappointment. But they regularly sent the invoice, which is the only thing that works here. Now I have to look for another AI program and pay for another one. Such a shame, it had potential.
