What inspired us to build this? We built Kreatory to fix one of the biggest bottlenecks in influencer marketing and ugc sourcing: inefficiency. Brands were spending weeks coordinating campaigns, negotiating contracts, and chasing creators manually — while creators were buried in admin instead of doing what they do best: creating content. We wanted to change that. With AI and automation, Kreatory turns what used to take weeks into minutes. From sourcing verified creators across Europe to generating AI-briefings, managing contracts, payments, and tracking — everything happens in one platform. What problem were you trying to solve? Influencer marketing had become fragmented and painfully time-consuming. Brands needed to talk to dozens of influencers, handle multiple invoices, and still couldn’t access real performance data. On the other side, creators often didn’t get paid on time or lacked transparency about usage rights. We solved this by becoming the Merchant of Record — handling contracts, payments, and tax compliance automatically — and by building one AI-powered ecosystem that unites discovery, outreach, briefing, and content delivery. How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch? In the beginning, we focused mainly on campaign automation for agencies and brands. But as we grew, we realized that UGC sourcing and cross-market creator access were equally in demand. That’s when we expanded our platform to include verified creator insights (via Meta, TikTok, and YouTube APIs) and developed DigiKits®, our dynamic social media kits that update automatically. Today, Kreatory helps companies like LG Electronics, IKEA, Ernsting’s Family, Ruggable, Doppelherz, and MILES run influencer and UGC campaigns faster, cheaper, and with full transparency — saving 95% of in-house time and 85% of costs on average.
