Only downside is they'll probably be numbers you can only get from a medical professional (apart from the cigarettes one).

@riaface WellnessFx provides those numbers. The are very convenient and a great price.

@JoshDance @riaface WellnessFX is fantastic. Great UI, and very convenient. In some states, you can also walk into a Walgreens without an appointment and get a health test for $55:

I love to see people bringing more awareness to high blood pressure, the silent killer. I was hospitalized earlier this year from it - runs in the family. Now, luckily I'm feeling better than ever with diet and exercise!

@michaeldick If you don't mind sharing, what diet did you try for blood pressure? Did you get a home blood pressure monitor kit?

I wish blood pressure could be tracked by a wearable. I've had issues with high blood pressure so am using combination of the 5+2 diet, exercise tracked by misfit & breathing awareness/meditation with the Spire respiration tracker when it arrives in order to reduce medication. Agree it's a silent killer. I had no idea mine was high :-(
