What do you think? …

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Nick, co-founder of Klydo. We've just launched our self-service platform and would love to hear what you think! We're helping product and research teams tap into online reviews to surface unprompted insights and ultimately build better products. Existing tools for analysing reviews and customer feedback are either incredibly manual or don't go beyond surfacing general topics and sentiment. What we've cracked with Klydo is the ability to generate actionable problem statements from consumer reviews → this means identifying specific consumer pain points as well as the "why" behind them. All in just a few clicks! This helps you conduct competitive research and identify growth opportunities at scale. You can choose to look broadly across entire categories of products, apps or services, or focus down to just a handful of your key competitors. You can sign up for free on our website to play around with our demo projects and do get in touch if you're interested in using Klydo on your own project! https://www.klydo.ai/

This is great Nick. Just a suggestion, you can also build recommendations engines, where you give two insights. 1) Fix these issues to make your product better, OR 2) Based on study of similar products (competition etc), here is a recommendation. Best wishes.
