A few months back @cbm gave me and @suzywillow a sample. I love beef (or turkey!) jerky and this tastes very similar even though it's plant-based. Kelp Jerky follows a trend toward sustainable, alternative foods alongside Finless Foods, Impossible Foods, Hampton Creek, and a series of others.
