I created Kardz because I constantly felt overwhelmed with the different channels I would get requests from (email, slack, text messages, in person, etc...), having to be constantly reporting back with a progress status, and following up on things I asked people to do. Even using different techniques to overcome this, I would often still have the feeling that I was forgetting something. After some research, I realized that communication fatigue is an actual thing and that workers spend about 28% of their time managing inboxes and messages! Have you felt overwhelmed as well? How do you prevent things from falling into the cracks of communication tools like email or Slack?
