I'd love to hear from people that have used it. I can see it being very useful but it could also result in awkwardness if feedback's not carefully crafted.

iDoneThis is a great model of simple concept and execution. We definitely took some inspiration from them.
We're working on several different possible solutions to awkward feedback. We may implement feedback templates or an abuse reporting feature.
