    Pros:

    Easy to use, Affordable ($0-$30)

    Cons:

Less bells and whistles (if you're into that sort of thing)

JoinMe was easy enough for our sales rep to use (no offense, Tony!) with only a little training.

Gandalf Farnam has used this product for one year.

Used this for a while, simplest way to share your screen quickly
Chris Yin@chriseyin · Product @ Rainforest QA
I like joinme's simplicity, but I've had lots of problems with it in the past. The screenshare can have some serious lag (making web demos difficult) and the VOIP can be really spotty (once again making web demos and conf calls difficult).

@chriseyin Same. That's why I mostly stick to Google hangouts for screen sharing etc.

@chriseyin As I mentioned to Sean (below), we're making exhaustive efforts into improving our audio and have seen strong results. There is always room for improvement, however. Were your VoIP calls US based? Or international?
Chris Yin@chriseyin · Product @ Rainforest QA
@craigdaniel thanks - both, but primarily domestic.

@chriseyin I'd love to dig in more to figure out your particular issue. If you're interested, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname at join.me.

Works great with Chrome—that's a biggie. Now my defacto screen sharing service. Typically use outside line though, no voip like GoToMeet. Highly recommended.
