I've been using to check companies' job specs before publishing them on It's a great way to detect issues related with sexism, culture, expectations, and recruiter fails. Hint: words like "guru", "he" or "she", "bro" won't pass the test :)

@pcbo I really hope people aren't using "bro" in their job postings. Although, "ninja" is still used so I wouldn't be surprised.
